Conference Location: The talks will take place in the Grace Murray Hopper Auditorium, in building 25, of the new Yale West Campus facility. The address is
Yale West Campus Here are directions and more information about the facility. There will be shuttle service to the facility from the hotels. Registration: Registration will take place Saturday before the first talk at the conference location. You will be given a packet of registration materials. For the banquet, please bring $50.00 in cash, or a check made payable to Yale University in the amount of $50.00 U.S. Shuttle Service: There will be shuttle service between the two conference hotels (the Marriott and the Premiere) and the conference center. The shuttle will leave the Marriott at 8 AM, stop at the Premier at approximately 8:20 AM, and arrive at the conference center about 8:45 AM. It will return after the last talk each day. On Sunday the bus will return to the hotels after the last talk. It will then stop at the Premier at 6:46, the Marriott shortly thereafter, and will arrive at the banquet around 7:15. The Banquet is scheduled to start at 7:30. Meals and Refreshments: There will be coffee and refreshments at the conference center each day 10:15-10:45 and 3:45-4:15. See the schedule. The Graduate Club The cost is $50, which will be collected at registration (see above). You do not need to register for the banquet. The Graduate Club will be open starting at 7 PM. IMPORTANT If you require a kosher meal at the banquet, please send an email to Karen Fitzgerald at karen.fitzgerald@yale.edu as soon as possible. Please specify your preference for chicken, beef or a fish as your entree.
