Tables of stable sums of unipotent representations

Results of some computations using atlas output; also results from John Stembridge's squashblock for computing maps between cells and orbits, and some of his cell computations. Uses software which computes stable sums of irreducibles at singular infinitesimal character.

These files are currently poorly documented, but perhaps the cognoscenti can make some sense of them. More explanation forthcoming.

Disclaimer: this is work in progress; I stand by most details but can't rule out some errors. In particular: there may be signs wrong in some stable sums.
